The Bauer flats are located in the municipality of Aschheim, just a few kilometres outside of Munich.

Our flats are the perfect alternative to a hotel or guesthouse. With us, you can expect the amenities of a hotel combined with the private ambience and privacy of a furnished flat. With us, you will feel just as comfortable as a business guest, smart traveller or city breaker, regardless of whether you are planning a longer or shorter stay.

In addition to our well-equipped rooms, we offer free Wi-Fi and a parking space is reserved for your car in our underground car park. The Bauer flat house has 12 comfortable, functional and reasonably priced flats. You can choose between 5 double flats and 7 single flats.

The single-room flats have a living space of 30-37m². The living space of the two-room flats is 44m². All flats are equipped with shower and WC, kitchen with fridge and microwave, cooking and eating utensils, desk, satellite TV and telephone.

The business flats are between 30 m² and 34 m² in size and are equipped with all the necessary comforts: a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed or 2 single beds, spacious built-in wardrobe, desk, satellite TV and a cosy seating area.

Comfort flats are divided into a living room and bedroom and range in size from 32 to 36 square metres.
They are equipped with all the necessary comforts: Double bed, spacious built-in wardrobe, desk, satellite TV and cosy sitting area.

The Comfort II flats are divided into a living room and bedroom with a separate kitchen and are 54 square metres in size.
They are equipped with all the necessary comforts: Double bed, spacious built-in wardrobe, desk, satellite TV and cosy sitting area.

Like all flats, this one also has a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and crockery and a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.
The service includes weekly cleaning with towel change and fortnightly change of bed linen.

Our cleaning service is of course included.

There are several restaurants where you can eat Bavarian food, as well as an Italian, a Greek and an Asian restaurant. There are also excellent breakfast options nearby; two ice-cream parlours are also just a few minutes' walk away.

Take advantage of the location close to the city centre and see for yourself! The apartment building is located in the centre of Aschheim, 1.5 km from the A99 motorway (Aschheim exit). It is 13 km to the centre of Munich, 5 km to the New Trade Fair Centre in Munich-Riem, 20 minutes to Munich Airport and 10 minutes by bus to Riem S-Bahn station.
