The Bauer apartments are located in the municipality of Aschheim just a few kilometres outside Munich.

With our flats you will find the perfect alternative to a hotel or guesthouse. With us, you can expect the amenities of a hotel combined with the private ambience and retreat options of a furnished flat. With us, you will feel just as comfortable as a business guest as a smart traveller or as a city traveller, regardless of whether you are planning a long or short stay.

In addition to our well-equipped rooms, we offer you free Wi-Fi and a space is reserved for your car in our underground car park. The Appartementhaus Bauer has 12 comfortable, functional and reasonably priced flats. You have the choice between 5 double flats or 7 single flats.

The single room flats have a living space of 30-37m². The living space of the double room flats is 44m². All flats are equipped with shower and toilet, kitchen with fridge and microwave, cooking utensils, crockery, desk, satellite TV and telephone.

Business flats range in size from 30 sqm to 34 sqm and are equipped with all the necessary comforts: a bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 metres or 2 single beds, spacious built-in wardrobe, desk, satellite TV and a cosy sitting area.

Comfort Apartments are divided into living room and bedroom and have a size of 32 sqm to 36 sqm.
They are equipped with all the necessary comforts: a double bed, spacious built-in wardrobe, desk, satellite TV and a cosy sitting area.

Comfort II flats are divided into a living room and bedroom with a separate kitchen and have a size of 54 sqm.
They are equipped with all the necessary comforts: a double bed, spacious built-in wardrobe, desk, satellite TV and a cosy sitting area.

Like all flats, it also has a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and eating utensils and a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer.
The service includes weekly cleaning with towel change and 14-day bed linen change.

Take advantage of the location close to the city and see for yourself! The flat house is located in the centre of Aschheim, 1.5 km from the A99 motorway (Aschheim exit). It is 13km to the centre of Munich, 5km to the New Trade Fair Centre in Munich-Riem, 20 minutes to Munich Airport and 10 minutes by bus to Riem S-Bahn station.
