Naturhof Hojoutz is located in a very quiet area with absolutely no street noise, idyllically situated above the "4-lakes valley" just south of the Wörthersee. We have our own spring water, a seasonal waterfall and 3 small lovely lakes close-by. Also "idyllic" are the meadows where you can see deer, elk, fox, badgers and rabbits.

Farm holidays are ideal for families with children - kids usually love to watch and interact with the animals - help Martin feed the chickens and rabbits, collect eggs, and even herd the sheep; help pick fruit and berries; bake breads and make jams with Maureen; collect and dry herbs.

You may choose one of 2 studios with similar appointments: the sun studio and the music studio. Each have a bedroom with queen-size bed, built-in closets and a room safe, bathroom with steam massage shower and WC, living-room with sofa (double or single bed), Sat-TV system with DVD player, radio-CD-stereo player, refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker and water-cooker for tea.

Vacation – and finally time to really lay back and enjoy reading! With reading in mind we have created a couple of special areas around the farm to enhance your comfort while reading.

Our farm is on the slopes of the "Sattnitz", an unusual, wood-covered ridge of hills between the Wörthersee and the Drau River – in summer this is a real paradise for wild mushrooms!
