The Agriturismo La Mimosa stands only 2 km away from the beach of Putzu Idu and from the best beaches of the Oristano coast. Very near, you can find the archaeological sites of Tharros and Cornus, the beaches of S’Archittu famous place where a natural arc stands, which has been carved by the sea during the millenniums, very close to the wonderful beaches of San Giovanni of Sinis and to the town of Cabras, famous for the production of bottarga, that is a food got by the exsiccation of the eggs of the fish called mullet.

The Agriturismo has three comfortable mini-flats and three rooms, everyone with toilettes, for a number of 12 beds. Every room is old-style furnished with valuable wood.

Three park areas are available. Activities you can enjoy here:

- Fishing - Bird watching - Tennis - Golf

- Riding horses - Diving with a guide

- Nautical sports (surf,windsurf etc.)

- Little pets like dogs and cats are here welcome.

- We are opened from June to September.

- Anyway, we can also accept little groups in other periods, after booking.

We organize excursions towards the Malu Entu Island, which belongs to the Sea Park of the Sinis Peninsula. The agriturismo is placed in a central position among the tourist attractions of the Oristano area, so it is possible to visit San Giovanni of Sinis, Tharros, Cornus, Cabras, where is an archaeological museum which collects Punic, Nuraghic, Romanic finds. Please, do not forget (if you love sea food) that Cabras is the land of Bottarga, a deliciousness from the sea which derives right from Carthaginians and Phoenicians.

For those who appreciate the good traditional sea and ground food, we offer the most intensive smells of marine products, crustaceans, mullets, giltheads, the best bottarga, rich appetizers, always cooked with care and class, but also the best roasted meet, the traditional first dishes and our valuable wine, in an informal familiar place.

We offer a half board treatment to let you free to eat in a local restaurant, or a full board treatment too. About the breakfast, we cook sweets, cakes and jams by ourselves, choosing the most genuine ingredients.

Our Agriturismo derives from the buildings that once were used for the agricultural logistic of our Company, where corn, vegetables, extra-virgin olive oil are produced. Totally in contact with the Nature, you can find absolute relax here, a wonderful sun and an unpolluted sea, at the border of the natural oasis protected by the LIPU (Italian League for Birds Protection) called " Sale Porcus" where the red flamingos live. We offer a good traditional and peasant food, respecting this area traditions, but also fashionable circles and fun. In fact, the agriturismo is only few hundreds metres from the best discotheques and the best restaurants. The agriturism is placed into the green and surrounded by wonderful mimosa trees, and by typical insular-mediterranean plants.
