Three-star quality at affordable prices: Opened in March 2010 the SchlafGut AppartementHotel offers you comfort and ambience in Leipzig’s inner city.

Built in 1859, the house has been extensively redeveloped with great attention to detail in 2009/2010. From our heritage-protected building, known as “Pragers Biertunnel” within Leipzig, you are overlooking the famous Augustusplatz with the Paulinum, the opera and the Gewandhaus of Leipzig.

From Leipzig Central Station it takes just a short walk of 900 meters, or two stops by tram to reach the hotel. Parking space is available nearby.

Our 29 one and two-room apartments are appointed with: en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, hairdryer), TV and telephone, desk and seating-accommodation, kitchenette, and safe.

Furthermore we provide five rooms without kitchenette - one room of those is wheelchair accessible. All apartments and rooms are non-smoking rooms. Some of our apartments are built with loggia which allows smoking in privacy.

The house is equipped with an elevator. Furthermore you find in the building the restaurant 'Classico' which offers excellent Italian cuisine at noontime and night except on Sundays. The friendly staff from 'Bistro Crossi' serves you a varied breakfast buffet over the street, 40 meters far from the hotel. There you have the possibility to book conference rooms as well.
