Welcome to the Hotel Goldener Wagen in Maulburg.

Located in the heart of the golden triangle France – Switzerland – Germany you will find Maulburg, located in the Wiese-valley between Lörrach and Schopfheim.

We can offer you 3 triple bed rooms, 12 double bed rooms, 11 single bed rooms and 1 appartement, all satisfying the needs of modern business-travellers. Our rooms are situated in two different buildings – the lately renovated older one and the 3-year old extension.

The new building is reserved for non-smoking guests only and the rooms are a bit larger.

All rooms offer: shower/restrooms, lavatory, hair-dryer, direct calling digital phones, noise blocking windows and walls, partly equiped with bathtubs and cosmetic mirrors in the new building, satellite TV or central TV room.

Our restaurant offers saisonal food out of our region and from the far. Your hosts, Martina and Robby Puder spail with specialities of fish, meat, salate and wine. How about a regional strong liquor out of a Maulburg distillery?

The beautifull hall is excellent for family partys, a romantic dinner for two or just for meeting others.

The » seminar-room is the right place for private family, company or club partys with up to 30 persons.

The »Goldener-Wagen« offers rest to business-travellers, recovery for families and guided tours for motor-cyclers, bikers and scuba divers.

Located in a excellent infrastructure you can reach Schopfheim in about 5 minutes and Lörrach in 15 minutes by local train or car.
