It is a tourist complex of 81 new residential apartments, located on the Tuscan coast in the province of Livorno, between the resorts The most renowned of the Tyrrhenian coast: Marina di Cecina and Castiglioncello. The residence Rosa dei Venti, immersed in the splendor of the Maremma, offers its guests also all the beauty of the Tuscan countryside.

The complex, wants to offer its customers a fun, relaxing individual space and privacy of each guest.

The residence provides for 51 apartments of three different types and 24 apartments with two bathrooms, all independent of each other and provided with appropriate pergola and private garden. The main building is on two levels: the ground floor lobby reception, bar / café; the first floor 6 studios with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and large terrace.

For lovers of the body building the residence offers a fully equipped gym. In the same building a laundromat and a games room.

Pool / Beach / Sports Field

Pool of over 300 square meters with a large children's area, relaxation area with 6 stations Jacuzzi and swimming sports. A poolside sunbathing area fully equipped. Near the pool a multipurpose sports field ((tennis, soccer, volleyball) and a small beach with umbrellas and playground equipment

The residence features an impressive amphitheater for the evening entertainment.

Inside the residence there are two large parking lots located on either side of the entrance. For each accommodation there is a shaded parking place outdoors.
