Welcome to Villa Saraceno on Lipari!

In the heart of Lipari, just a few steps from the bay of Portinenti, surrounded by green lemon trees and Mediterranean plants, lies 'Villa Saraceno'. The structure, in typical Aeolian architectural style, comprises 10 flats with independent entrances.

The two-room apartments can accommodate 2 to 4 persons. Comfortable, they are equipped with air conditioning, linen and towels, and every week the linen is changed and the flat is cleaned.

Private terraces with classic 'Pulere' shrouded in bougainvillea and large balconies make Villa Saraceno a highlight.

Prices include all expenses for water, gas, electricity, air conditioning, linen and the use of the swimming pool. It also has a garage and parking space for a fee.

It is at the 'Grotta del Saraceno', from its terrace overlooking the sea, that you will discover, while enjoying the delicacies of our cuisine, the silence and panorama of a magnificent bay, the scents and colours of the Mediterranean plants that surround this magical place.

It is easily reached on foot. A walk from the square of 'Marina Corta' up the slope to the Church of San Giuseppe, passing by the ancient and evocative little Church of San Bartolomeo, and following Via Maddalena to the end.

At guests' disposal, a swimming pool with a large solarium surrounded by greenery. Ideal for those who love the tranquillity of the countryside without giving up the crystal-clear sea of the Aeolian Islands.
