Bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, are decorated with antique furniture and paintings.
Guests may choose between various types of solution: single or double bedrooms, junior suites, apartments with one, two or three bedrooms, living-room, dining-room and kitchen, satellite TV and telephone. Bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and apartments are all furnished with period furniture, antique carpets and paintings.
For breakfasts, guests can profit by a ground floor dining room that can easily seat one hundred persons and is used for luncheons, dinners and other events. P.D.C. has also a large and impressive wine cellar that has been refurbished for receptions, weddings, concerts, etc.
A fitness-room equipped with a mini cold and warm water whirlpool, a sauna and various gym equipments are at disposal of P.D.C. guests.
The large cellars date back to the 16th and 17th century and have maintained their original structure with decorative bricks and barrel and domical vaults. Until recently, they were used to stock cereals and to produce oil and wine. The long grottos, which were used in the past as a means of escape towards nearby houses and more recently to stock wine, were dug in the Middle Age.
The Italian style garden, surrounded by brick walls that are a part of the ancient city walls, reflects the period in which the house was built. It looks westward towards the "Colle dell'infinito", (The Infinite hill), described by the poet Leopardi and the Apennine mountains beyond the Marche valleys. Its flower-beds are surrounded by hedges of century-old boxwood.
