Welcome to the Hotel-Pension Wendland in Wintrich!

The Pension Wendland is located in a quiet side street just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Wintrich and a 10-minute walk from the Moselle and has a garden with barbecue area. Our 11 non-smoking rooms are equipped with shower / WC, Sat / TV, full-length mirror and some have a balcony.

Our vineyard of around 1 hectare includes 11 vineyards in the Wintricher Großer Herrgott Wintricher Stefanslay vineyards. The wines from our vineyard owe their special quality to the weathered slate soils. Light, savoury and fresh wines thrive here. Our wines are traditionally matured in wooden barrels to produce dry, semi-dry and sweet wines.

We grow the grape varieties Riesling, Müller - Thurgau (Rivaner) and Kerner, as well as Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris (Ruländer). Our new acquisitions also include the red wine variety Dornfelder.
