Welcome to the Bachäckerhof guesthouse in Ravensburg!

Not far from Lake Constance, we offer you a paradise especially for families, but also for couples and singles who want to unwind. In our garden with pool, sunbathing lawn, seating, barbecue and children's playground, you can have a great holiday even without big plans. And if you want to make excursions from us, you will be spoilt for choice. There are countless bathing lakes, lidos or adventure pools, castles, farm museums, excursions to nearby Austria or Switzerland, boat trips, hikes, zoos and much more. Bus stop and restaurant 200 m away.

Our new rooms offer every comfort. The furnishings made of pine wood furniture from the carpenter promises a healthy and restful sleep. Each of the rooms has its own bathroom with WC and shower, as well as its own fridge and TV/SAT. In the family room, the children have their own small room with a bunk bed. Most of the rooms have a view of the horse pasture, and in good weather you can see the Austrian and Swiss mountains to the south.

Three double rooms and the family room are furnished with carpenter's furniture made of Swiss stone pine and the walls are plastered with clay - both together create a unique room climate, and in the box-spring beds you will have a wonderful sleep! We offer a breakfast buffet with products from the region as well as jam from our own production.

At your disposal are:

4 double rooms, 1 family room for four persons (double room with additional children's room).

Breakfast room, swimming pool, children's playground, table tennis, bicycle rental, large garden with seating and deck chairs.

As we are always fully booked, especially in summer, we ask you to arrange riding lessons when booking your room!

The Bachäckerhof is located in Upper Swabia, not far from the beautiful medieval town of Ravensburg and only about 10 km from Lake Constance. We have an ecologically run farm with meadow orchards, apple juice, cider, schnapps and liqueurs from our own production. If you like, you are welcome to join us for haymaking or apple picking!

In recent years, the Bachäckerhof has developed into a centre for centreed riding. Many top-class trainers have been engaged who now come to us regularly and complement the lessons given by Sonja Waggershauser. Throughout the year, we offer riding lessons in the lungeing circle, dressage arena or cross-country. We attach great importance to offering purebred, well-trained Icelandic horses for riding. Our school horses should be real dream horses that everyone would like to ride themselves. That is why our school horses are regularly ridden and trained by us.
