The aquaTurm is a former water tower that was converted into the first zero and plus energy tower with a design hotel by the Räffle family in an 8-year conversion process.

The sophisticated design hotel in Radolfzell is the world's FIRST high-rise tower with passive house technology, which, thanks to its innovative energy system, generates more energy than it needs for the entire building technology and hotel operation.

Our family-run hotel is not only the tallest hotel building on the lake but also offers numerous other superlatives in terms of sustainable construction and energy efficiency.

We offer our guests a choice of balcony flats on each floor,

panorama rooms with lake view and a unique SPA suite on the top floor. On the 11th floor, you will find a spectacular panoramic terrace accessible all day with a stylishly furnished fireplace and couch lounge, where you can also enjoy your breakfast.

Here you can have breakfast like an emperor, where better than above the roofs of Radolfzell, on the 11th floor in our cosy Untersee lounge, with a view over the entire region!
