Welcome to the Holzer family in the Bergheim guesthouse in Pertisau on Lake Achensee!

Our guesthouse is only about 10 minutes walk from Lake Achensee at the entrance to the Karwendel valleys, right next to the golf course in a quiet yet central location. From here you have the ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours, mountain biking, golfing and much more.

The rooms are all equipped with shower / WC, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and balcony.

We also offer two flats (65 m²) for 2 to 5 people. The flats have two bedrooms, shower/WC, anteroom, eat-in kitchen and south-facing balcony. The flats are equipped with sufficient dishes, bed linen, towels, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooker with oven, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.

Start the day with a hearty and rich breakfast from our buffet.

Our cosy breakfast room is also available to our guests as a lounge.

The use of the infrared cabin is also free of charge for our guests.

You can also use our garden, the terrace, the in-house ski room with ski boot dryer, the infrared cabin at any time.

Sufficient parking spaces are available.

In winter, the entrance to the cross-country skiing trails is directly at the house. The skiing area is also only about 500 m away. A free ski bus stop is located directly at the house.
