Our family-run nature hotel Steinschalerhof in Rabenstein is situated in the beautiful Pielachtal Valley, in Lower Austria’s Mostviertel region. All traditionally furnished rooms have a private bathroom and free wired internet.

The restaurant serves tasty regional cuisine which is based on a long tradition of cooking with wild herbs. The new Steinschaler country cuisine offers healthy food as well as traditional dishes from the Dirndltal and the Mostviertel.

Around the original farmhouse the new hotel building, called South Garden for short, the garden houses, the Mostinium and the many gardens were arranged. The Steinschalerhof lies within a very natural region and quiet surroundings.

Guests can enjoy the many activities like Nordic Walking, hiking or swimming in the area. The Wachau Valley, Mariazell or Vienna can be easily reached by car. The Mariazell narrow gauge railway is also close by.
