Our house is located on the outskirts of the village in a sunny, quiet location on the edge of the forest.

We offer our guests 4 completely furnished holiday flats, whereby you can also rent our flats as rooms with a rich breakfast. You can also get a rich breakfast with the holiday flat. Breakfast and lounge with open fire.

We have a large garden with sunbathing lawn, playground and also a small petting zoo. A playroom for small and big with table tennis, football table and many toys is available. In winter we have a ski and boot room with ski boot dryer and free sledges, in summer we offer free bicycles.

Our petting zoo ( sheep, ducks, cats and rabbits ) is a paradise especially for our little guests.

Experience a holiday in one of the most famous recreational areas in Tyrol. Achenkirch is situated on the shores of the largest lake in the middle of the Tyrolean mountains. It is known for its beauty, its unlimited sports possibilities as well as its hiking trails and alpine pastures. It is only a few minutes away from the centre of the village. The cross-country skiing and hiking trails as well as the bus stop are only a few steps away from our house. The free bus takes you to the skiing area, to Lake Achensee and to the entire Achensee region.
