Welcome to the Gasthof Post!

Our historic inn right on the medieval market square of Oberdrauburg in the Upper Drau Valley in Carinthia offers you a cosy atmosphere, rooms with every comfort, culinary delights from our kitchen and a wide range of leisure activities. The Haus Stainer annexe is located directly opposite the inn.

In the inner courtyard of the main building, a terrace with a total of 60 seats is available for you in a rustic atmosphere. A children's playground awaits our younger guests.

Our rooms at the Gasthof Post offer modern and cosy furnishings with a touch of rustic flair. All rooms are equipped with bath or shower, WC, radio, TV and telephone.

We spoil you in our cosy and well-kept restaurant with typical Carinthian delicacies with meat from our own farm and fish from our own fish farm.

Pizza from our original stone oven brings you a little closer to Italy.

In the summer months, we serve grilled specialities fresh from the grill in our garden.

The Gasthof Post has been celebrating family celebrations, weddings and parties of all kinds for many years. Two spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, each with 100 seats, provide the perfect setting for your celebration. We look forward to your enquiry.

Our new fitness centre is equipped with the latest equipment and is an incentive to bring body and mind into balance. Of course, locals can also use our fitness centre.
