The hotel is located in the Schneeeifel region of the Eifel mountains, half way between Cologne and Trier or Luxembourg. It is situated in the German-Belgian Nature Park, eight kilometres north of Prüm, the closest town of any size. It is surrounded by meadows, fields and forests, a perfect landscape for hiking and getting away from the noise and pollution of the big city. In addition to the guestrooms and restaurant, Haus Feldmaus has a sunroom, a lounge with an open fireplace (yes, we will use wood), terrace, gardens and a sauna. For groups and seminars, Haus Feldmaus also has a meeting room 52 square metres in size, equipped and suitable for small groups. Each of our guestrooms is different, some with modern art and other with bric-a-brac and unusual elements of design. We also serve organic food in our restaurant, a rarity in the Eifel region.
