We look forward to welcoming you for a few days' holiday, a weekend trip to the Rhine-Moselle corner, an overnight stay while passing through, or individual overnight stays at the beginning or end of your cycling tours. And in any case, you can enjoy our delicious breakfast buffet in the morning.
You are welcome at any time in our truly peaceful location on the edge of the forest, in a narrow residential street (cul-de-sac) in pleasant surroundings ‘in the countryside’, some with a view of the Gülser vineyard on the Heyerberg.
For professionals or students who need to stay several times a week or for long-term rentals, we offer individual terms on request.
Our rooms are all bright and friendly. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Each room can be used as a single or double room. We also have a large triple room available. All rooms are equipped with TV, telephone, internet and much more.
Our 44 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of our house.
There is a large bedroom with a reading corner and a large, fully equipped kitchen (‘dining room’), bathroom (shower/WC) and hallway. It can be used by 1 or 2 people. The apartment is comfortably furnished. The price is €80 per night for 1 person, €90 for 2 people; minimum rental period = 3 nights. Prices for longer stays on request.
Are you looking for a working space because you can't find peace and quiet or a place to work at home? You can set up your home office in our Heyerberg apartment by the hour or by the day in a pleasant and undisturbed environment – just ask us what's possible!
We welcome cyclists, hikers, holidaymakers and business travellers alike and offer you a special service – regardless of whether you want to stay for just one night or plan a longer stay.
From our family-run apiary, we offer our own flavoured natural honey of the highest quality for breakfast, to take away or as a gift.
From our guest house in Koblenz-Güls, you can easily reach Koblenz city centre, the nearby and more distant surroundings of the Rhine Valley, the Eifel and Hunsrück mountains, as well as the Moselle, Lahn and Ahr rivers.

2012/11/12Super hilfsbereites Gastgeberpaar (auch was Bus- und Bahn anging). Bushaltestelle nur den Berg runter, Bahn ebenfalls in 5 min. Fußweg zu erreichen

2012/04/18Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Betreiber sind sehr kinderfreundlich und gehen auf Wünsche der Gäste sehr gut ein.

2010/05/29Eine wirkliche sehr gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, sehr ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Für Radtouren unbedingt zu empfehlen, aber auch für sonstige Ausflüge top.
2009/08/03Wir waren 2 Nächte in Haus Ulrika und das Auto war 5 Nächte da, wenn wir mit Fahrräder am Mosel fuhren. Es war sehr gut für uns. Die erste Nacht übernachten wir im Zimmer, wo rauchen kontte. Wir versuchten sofort das Zimmer wächseln (nur eine Dame zum Gäste), aber es ging nicht. Das Zimmer war sonst sauber. Die zweite Nacht (Rückkehr vom Fahradtour) gelang es im Zimmer Nicht Raucher. Das Frühstück im Haus Ulrika war gut. Die Freundschaft der Familie war nicht gut. Kein Abschied, kein Willkommen, keine Frage von unserem Fahrradtour, keine Hilfe mit Fahrradtaschen und Gepäcken.
2009/08/03wir sind vier Fahrradfahrer und waren im Hause Ursula sehr gut aufgehoben.Wir wurden freudig vom Ehepaar empfangen.Es stimmte einfach alles.

2009/05/15Wir waren mit einer Gruppe auf Radtour unterwegs. Sehr freundliche Inhaberfamilie, welche viele Tipps und Stadtplan zu Restaurants etc. geben konnte. Fahrräder konnten in Garage eingeschlossen werden, Frühstück war sehr gut, mit reichlich Saft, frischen Eiern u.s.w. Große und saubere Zimmer mit TV. Gerade als Bike-Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Liegt in der Nähe der Mosel.
