The Anker Hotel Restaurant in Teufen bids you a cordial welcome to the land of the Apenzellers. Located centrally and yet at the same time in a quiet position, our small hotel is to be found on the new Teufen village square where new developments blend with the splendid Grubenmann Church and other examples of Appenzell architecture. With 22 beds our family hotel, which also includes a butcher’s shop, can offer comfort and a pleasant stay. The rooms of the hotel, which was completed in 1980, have toilet, shower or bath, telephone, radio and TV. You can enjoy culinary specialities in our homely “Gaststube” or in the new restaurant with its special Appenzell atmosphere. The restaurant can accommodate 40 persons and is thus suitable for weddings and other social events. A separate room with space for 15 is also available for meetings and smaller conferences. Cars can be parked by the hotel.
