The small town of Aufenau is located between Bad Soden-Salmünster and Bad Orb, with a magnificent view of the lovely Kinzig Valley on the German Fairy Tale Route. It is an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. We welcome you to our cosy and quietly located country inn, Zur Quelle, which has been run as a hotel and restaurant for five generations.
Relax in one of our modern, comfortable single, double or family rooms with shower or bath/WC, cable TV, WLAN, telephone, hairdryer and balcony. Enjoy your time in the solarium and in our sauna and look forward to an extensive breakfast buffet.
In our cosy restaurant with seating for 55, we serve traditional regional cuisine, dishes from our own butchery and seasonal delicacies. For smaller celebrations, we recommend our adjoining room. The hall has 150 seats and is suitable for celebrations of all kinds. Our conference room is well equipped for seminars, training courses and conferences, and after work you can enjoy our in-house bowling alley.
When the weather is nice, our garden with sunbathing lawn and water treading pool is a popular meeting place. The beer garden, with seating for 20, also guarantees a convivial time.
Our house has a lift. The car park is right next to the house.
Our motorhome parking spaces leave nothing to be desired. They are in a quiet location, yet our guest house with restaurant and beer garden is right next door. Shops are within walking distance and a large playground offers space to let off steam.
