Welcome to the Hotel Waldheim, in the midst of the beautiful mountain world of South Tyrol on the sunny high plateau of Natz/Schabs.

Our hotel in Schabs is your family holiday retreat in South Tyrol. The small village of Schabs lies on the edge of a sun-drenched high plateau in the Eisacktal valley. Situated in the heart of South Tyrol, it is the ideal starting point for excursions, hiking tours and skiing days throughout South Tyrol. The Hotel Waldheim, built and run by the Peintner family, is surrounded by a well-tended garden. Idyllically and quietly situated, you can spend a relaxing South Tyrolean holiday here in all seasons. In a few minutes you can reach the most beautiful hiking and winter sports areas of the Eisack Valley and beyond from Schabs by car or by public transport.

Our rooms all have a bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer, as well as TV, telephone and safe. On your own balcony you can enjoy the sun and the view of the peaceful surroundings. From 1 May to November the AlmencardPlus is included. New!! E-bike rental at the hotel

Our kitchen attaches great importance to the use of regional and seasonal products. From this we conjure up a wide range of Mediterranean and Alpine delicacies: from South Tyrolean specialities such as dumplings and Schlutzkrapfen to Italian antipasti and fish dishes. Every evening we serve a three-course menu of choice, and you can also help yourself to the rich salad buffet. The white wines of the Eisack Valley are among the best white wines in Italy. Fresh, cool nights, warm and hot days and good ventilation in the valley ensure fruity aromas and an elegant body.
