Welcome to Albergo Ristorante da Aldo at Dogliani near Alba.

Just 200 metres from the historic town centre, immersed in the lush countryside, you’ll find this delightful restaurant which offers typical dishes and excellent wine from this area known as the “Langhe”.

In autumn recipes using the famous white truffles of the “Trifolaio” (truffle hunter) and other genuine ingredients, all fresh, top quality local produce.

The typical cuisine depends largely on the seasons, such as during the winter months game is prepared with truffles for traditional dishes.

One speciality of the house is known as “Buseca” and is a must to try.

The restaurant can accommodate up to 100 guests which makes it ideal for small receptions or business lunches as well as other special occasions.

A visit here is recommended by the food and wine guide during the festivities for the Saints of Dogliani.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and has two large private car parks. Table reservations are preferred.
