Traditionally rooted yet open to new ideas, our culinary professionals prepare Swabian classics, seasonal specialities, game dishes and, of course, vegetarian meals, always fresh and with the utmost care. The ingredients are delivered fresh every morning. Vegetables, salad, milk, eggs and meat come mainly from the surrounding area. You will also find exotic items on our menu, such as ostrich meat – sourced directly from our immediate neighbourhood!
