Welcome and thank you for your interest in staying with us. Our cosy country inn and hotel in the middle of the beautiful Franconian countryside invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy some time out and let us spoil you with excellent Franconian cuisine in our restaurant.

Away from the main roads, unspoilt by mass tourism, an oasis of peace and relaxation awaits you here. Family-owned for centuries, the house offers genuine relaxation: good Franconian cuisine with culinary specialities from our own farm, trout farming and hunting, as well as baked goods from our own production.

The rustic guest rooms and the guest rooms furnished in a modern style or with farmhouse furniture radiate peace and cosiness. Here you can feel at home. We have 30 individually furnished double rooms, 5 single rooms and 2 holiday flats. All rooms are equipped with shower, WC, hairdryer and TV.

All rooms in the Landgasthof Haueis are decorated in warm colours and furnished with rustic wooden furniture and modern elements.

Our house is a wonderful blend of tradition and modernity. Each room is unique and also a little quirky, as it has been adapted and remodelled time and again.

A breakfast buffet is served every morning. The charming traditional-style restaurant offers dishes including fish from the hotel's own farm and game from its own hunt.

Meadows, forests, hospitality: you can experience the original harmony of man, animal and nature on hiking trails through the unspoilt Franconian Forest.

Sunbathing lawns and the hotel's own bathing lake, a well-equipped playground for younger guests, as well as table tennis and a TV room ensure relaxation, recreation and variety during the day and in the evening.

The Landgasthof Haueis is approx. 16 km from the A9 motorway and approx. 15 minutes from the town of Kulmbach. Bayreuth is also only about 25 minutes away.
