Das Hotel ist sehr schön restauriert und auch entsprechend dem Stil geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sauber und gepflegt. Servicepersonal war sehr nett besonders auch im Hafenkaan Restaurant. Das Receptionspersonal hätte freundlicher sein können, besondets bei Anreise etwas ruppig.

sehr schön gelegenes Hotel, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zentrale Lage, Halles Innenstadt ist fussläufig erreichbar. die zugehörige Gastststätte Saalekahn ist eine Empfehlung, gutes Essen, nette Bedienung, also rundrum sehr gut. Das gegenüber liegende Hallorenmuseum ist einen Besuch wert. Das Parken ist etwas problematisch, wenig Platz.
