Our hotel at the Aschergraben is situated in a quiet forest location and yet close to the centre of Geising, within walking distance of the ski slope and the most beautiful and well-known hiking trails of the Osterzgebirge.

The border to the Czech Republic is 2000 metres away. By car from the Hotel am Aschergraben you can reach Prague in about one and a half hours, Dresden, Saxon Switzerland and the Elbe Sandstone Mountains in about half an hour.

A nice evening with good food in wonderful surroundings: the restaurant at the Waldhotel am Aschergraben is a well-known address for this. The same goes for a hearty lunch after a long mountain hike or a morning on the ski slopes. And: the prices are moderate. After all, we are a family hotel.
