Our family-run guesthouse in Upper Bavarian country house style is situated in a quiet location with a marvellous view of the mountains. We offer our guests:

Oberau (660m) is centrally located and therefore an ideal starting point for excursions to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald, Innsbruck, Ettal and Oberammergau. The region offers the best conditions for hikers, mountaineers, cyclists and mountain bikers.

The cross-country ski runs are about 500 metres from the guest house. The classic King Ludwig trail is about 5km from us. The Zugspitz-Classic area is about 8km away and offers slopes for young and old. We have a ski room and a laundry room for drying and washing clothes.

We are also happy to accommodate you for longer periods. So you can enjoy the mountains and the landscape better and more intensively. Just ask us!
