Our family-run guest house in the Upper Bavarian country house style is in a quiet location, with stunning mountain views. We offer our guests:

Oberau (660m) is centrally located and thus an ideal starting point for excursions to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald, Innsbruck but also Ettal, Oberammergau. The region offers the best conditions for hikers, mountaineers, cyclists and mountain bikers.

Even in winter, winter hiking trails, ski runs of all levels, trails and toboggan runs await athletes and holidaymakers. The trails are from the guest house about 500m. The classic King Ludwig trail is ca.5km from us. The Zugspitz Classic area about 8km, offers runs for young and old. We have a ski room and a laundry room for drying the laundry u. for washing.
