The Franconians are known for their warmth and hospitality. We spoil our guests with a good meal in the evening, a hearty breakfast in the morning and cosy rooms equipped with every comfort.

You will feel at home in our rooms - and you don't have to do without any comfort. We love tradition, but we also appreciate the new. That's why all our rooms are equipped with: Shower/WC, satellite TV, large flat screen and hairdryer. Important to know for our conference guests: Our rooms naturally have a desk, broadband internet and WLAN.

Beer, bratwurst and cosiness

When the homemade bratwurst smells delicious and the home-brewed beer is freshly tapped on the table, then you are in Franconia. And where could Franconia be more beautiful than in a cosy restaurant? Behind you the warming tiled stove and in front of you the delicacies of the season: in autumn and winter the carp, in spring the asparagus and all year round a cool beer, brewed according to the house recipe, served in a mug. On warm summer days, a hearty snack in the beer garden tastes particularly good. Then you can enjoy sausage and ham from our own butchery ... and a home-distilled schnapps to go with it.

Conferences and culinary delights

Whether conferences, seminars or event trips - with us you will find the right rooms and the right atmosphere. Of course, our country inn is also equipped with all the technical requirements for a successful conference.

Hops and malt, plums and pears

Sometimes we Franconians prefer to consume our grain and fruit in liquid form. Especially when it tastes so good. That's why we brew our own beer and have our schnapps distilled by fruit growers.

Naturland-certified agriculture

The Rittmayer family has been known for generations for rearing and preparing carp. Since 2009, the Franconian family's farm has also included cattle breeding.
