The small, charming property with its 16 rooms is one of the hotel treasures along the High Rhine. The hotel's chefs prepare seasonal delicacies from the best ingredients in the region - from the forest, meadows and river.

The Hotel Alte Rheinmühle is made for people who appreciate a small, fine, different hotel with first-class service. Very private, very familiar at the same time, our guests can devote themselves entirely to the idyll on the Rhine and to being completely cared for.

After complete refurbishment in 2004, the hotel now offers 16 unique rooms. With antique furniture from the 18th century and at the same time very high-quality technical equipment as well as beautiful terracotta bathrooms, the charm of the past and the modern find a perfect balance.

Let yourself be seduced into a dreamlike, sensual experience on the banks of the Rhine. Within historic walls, revitalised by people who have made it their mission to pamper guests according to all the rules of hospitality. Yes, you can watch young, leaping Rhine grayling, watch passing swans and enjoy a stylish menu with a bottle of Pinot Noir from the Büsingen vineyard. Our hotel-restaurant borders directly on the waters of the Rhine, which is still young and crystal clear here.

Gourmets in the area already know that the focus of our fine bourgeois cuisine has recently shifted even more in the direction of a creative, innovative approach. Rich in finesse and the very best ingredients from the region, with seasonal specialities and selected international wines - our chefs will also make you indulge.

And for guests who only want to stop in briefly in the afternoon or at off-peak times, for example, we are happy to provide coffee and cake or something from our small menu.

Incidentally, we have been awarded 13 Gault Millau points.

Summers are too short in this country. It's too rare to sit outside in the evening. That's why you should definitely stop by our dream spot by the water during this time. The chestnut garden is the perfect place for a glass of wine at sunset or a spontaneous business lunch.
We also organise aperitifs, wedding ceremonies and other events in connection with seminars and conferences in our hotel.
