Welcome to Riedel's Hotel in Burg.

Our hotel is located in Burg/Dithmarschen, also known as the ‘Pearl of the West Coast’, directly on the Kiel Canal (NOK), the busiest artificial waterway in the world.

Our hotel is located in the old town centre of Burg/Dithmarschen, directly on the market square. You will also find free parking for your car here. If you arrive by bicycle, we offer you a weather-protected and locked bicycle storage area free of charge. We can also store motorbikes on request. Or you can travel comfortably by train and enjoy a ride on the Marschbahn from Hamburg, one of the most beautiful railway lines in Germany.

The Hotel Riedel offers 12 non-smoking rooms for our guests. All rooms are equipped with shower/toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV and telephone. Internet access is available via W-Lan in the restaurant and we have internet sockets in the rooms.

Our single rooms are all equipped with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition, there is Wi-Fi in all rooms, which also provides sufficient bandwidth for video telephony or streaming services. If you prefer classic media, all our rooms also have a TV with satellite channels or a monitor.

Our cosy double rooms are generously furnished and offer you a homely atmosphere. With spacious beds and enough space for your luggage, you can relax and enjoy your stay with us. Our double rooms also have a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available in all double rooms, which you can use for your needs. In addition, our rooms offer you a TV with satellite channels.

The hotel car park is free of charge.

We are also happy to store cyclists' bicycles free of charge.

Let the day come to a close in our cosy restaurant or enjoy lunch. It seats about 35 people and invites you to linger with its charm, but above all it lives from you, our guests. Chef Ute Riedel serves good home cooking, but we are also happy to put together an individual menu with you on request. We can also organise family celebrations or Christmas parties for you. In summer, you can also enjoy your meal on the terrace.

Wacken is only about 8 kilometres away from us.
