Welcome to the Residence Haus am Berg in Tarres (South Tyrol), just 3 km from Latsch.

Our holiday home is located in a very quiet location on the outskirts of the village in the direction of Tarscheralm, right on the edge of the forest.

The well-equipped apartments for 2-6 people have every comfort: bath or shower/WC, balcony, satellite TV, safe and direct dial telephone.

Relax after an exciting and eventful day in the in-house sauna.

For the active guests, there is an almost unlimited range of possibilities. In addition to 150 km of cycle paths, there are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as tennis courts, rafting, canyoning and much more.

The Vinschgau is a unique high valley that extends from the Reschenpass, past Reinhold Messner's Juval Castle at the exit of the Schnalstal, to Meran. It is framed by the Ortler region with the Stilfserjoch National Park and the Ötztal Alps, the site of the discovery of the ‘Ötzi’ ice man. For culture lovers, the valley offers many art treasures, such as the Churburg with its unique armoury, the early Romanesque frescoes of the Prokulus Church in Naturno, many castles, fortresses, museums and churches.
The hiking opportunities range from leisurely walks along the Waalwege (irrigation channels) and easy mountain hikes to challenging high-altitude hikes over 3300 m.
Mountain biking all year round, whether in the shady forests of the Stilfserjoch National Park in summer or on sunny Sonnenberg, you can also take advantage of the many kilometres of cycle paths in Vinschgau. We offer GPS-guided tours and GPS rental.

The nearby sports facilities in Latsch, with tennis courts, sports field, swimming pool, ice rink and a keep-fit trail, are open almost all year round.
Skiing on the year-round white slopes on the glaciers of the Schnalstal Valley or on the Stilfser Joch.
