Our cosy, generously furnished comfort rooms leave nothing to be desired. Whether for a stopover or for a successful, relaxing holiday in the beautiful surroundings of Franconian Switzerland.

Our large dining room can accommodate up to 100 people. It also serves as a breakfast room for our house guests. In addition, dance evenings and folklore evenings take place here. The wine cellar is also well stocked with exquisite wines from Franconia, and beer connoisseurs will certainly appreciate our beer from the Friedmann brewery in Gräfenberg. Our home-style Franconian cuisine with seasonal and regional specialities will also convince you. Our rooms are tastefully furnished and present themselves with rustic charm. Obertrubach is located in the heart of Franconian Switzerland, 450 m above sea level. Easily accessible yet quietly situated, it nestles in the narrow Trubach valley, surrounded by woods and meadows, with a marked hiking trail network of more than 200 kilometres, including a "Therapeutic Hiking Trail". In the village you will find a grocery shop, a bakery, several cafés, and also a doctor. And Obertrubach is also a delightful place to visit in winter

Well-marked hiking trails, including the well-known Frankenweg, lead right past our house. Unspoilt nature experiences, a paradise for climbers and hikers, golf, mini-golf, horse riding, fly fishing - enjoy the countless possibilities for organising your holiday. We will be happy to give you tips for your perfect day!

In addition to many private regular guests who regularly spend a few days' holiday with us, we also have a great many tour groups who come back to our house again and again. Our house is therefore ideal for hiking groups, senior citizens' groups, club outings or even company outings. In addition, we work very successfully with numerous travel agencies and travel agents.

The location was good (unless roadworks infront) but the reception was not existant. Half pension, food was normal, not exceptional
