Welcome to Pension Lachmann

In the centre of Saxon Switzerland, surrounded by Pfaffenstein, Königstein Fortress and the Quirl Rock, you will find our Pension Lachmann in a quiet, idyllic location in the Pfaffendorf district of Königstein.


The way to a man's heart is through his stomach
...freshly strengthened, you can set off into the wild nature of Saxon Switzerland after our delicious breakfast buffet. We serve regional sausages and cheeses, daily fresh rolls and bread from the Lauermann bakery in Gohrisch, egg dishes, various fruits and vegetables, cereals, different spreads and jams, milk, fruit juices and of course coffee and tea. We are also happy to cater to your individual wishes!

To round off the day, we serve something delicious from the region. You decide whether you eat inside or prefer to eat outside on the terrace! We will spoil you with a Saxon delicious buffet for dinner. Try everything! You don't have to choose and there is something new every day!


Our family-run house offers you eight modernly furnished guest rooms.

No Elbe fog, no noise pollution from big roads or the S-Bahn, when you wake up you will only hear the chirping of the local birds. It is only a 20-minute walk from our house to the centre of Königstein, where you have access to the S-Bahn and the Elbe riverboat service. There is also a bus stop 200 metres away from your Pension Lachmann.

Our place in pleasant, climatic altitude is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours, steamboat trips on the Elbe as well as for excursions in the near and far surroundings also in winter - such as the unique Bastei, "Elbflorenz Dresden" or a visit to the castles and palaces of Saxony. There are many offers for this, which we will be happy to recommend to you personally.
