We offer overnight accommodation in newly renovated and very nicely furnished guest rooms with WC, shower, hairdryer and TV.

Our cosy guest rooms are ideal for travel groups and family celebrations for up to 90 people. Our award-winning inn is known for its home-style cooking.

We have received many awards for our Bavarian cuisine.

Upper Palatinate and game specialities have a permanent place on the menu.

We source all our products directly from our region. Selected local farmers and hunters supply us with meat and game from the surrounding forests and fish from local rivers. We also hunt some of the game ourselves.

During the summer months we can seat up to 300 people in our beer garden (Sterngarten). A cosy atmosphere under the trees and in the wine arbour invite you to enjoy a snack with Bavarian and international delicacies. From here you can enjoy a marvellous view of the Naab valley and the Upper Palatinate Forest.

The thousand-year-old town of Nabburg has a mighty town wall with fortified towers and gates. In the historic old town are the Gothic St John's Cathedral, the newly renovated Bürgerspital, the Old Town Hall and several other important Romanesque and Gothic buildings.

Narrow alleyways, a large market square and small shops selling local handicrafts invite you to linger in the medieval town.

Our inn, built around 1500, is located in the historic old town centre.

In 1711 it was granted the so-called tavern licence, i.e. an inn with overnight accommodation, and has been in our family since 1898. 250 metres away from our house is the Upper Palatinate Forest Tourism Centre, where you can obtain information about current events, excursion destinations, sights and suggestions for (cycle) hiking tours.
