For many, a summer holiday in the mountains of Salzburg means hiking or mountain biking. Our family-run business - the Pension Anja in Kleinarl - is the ideal starting point.
Experience nature and landscape up close! Enjoy the charms of Salzburg's Sportwelt in every season.
The bed and breakfast Anja is only 100 m away from the entrance to the Ski amadé ski region. The pistes of Ski amadé, Austria's largest ski association, are right on your doorstep.

Our rooms and holiday flats / suites offer an upscale 3-star category holiday home to feel good. The comfort rooms are equipped with shower or bath/WC, TV, telephone, safe and mostly with balcony.
There is also a 60 m² holiday flat for 4 to 6 people with 2 separate bedrooms, 1 kitchen-cum-living room, anteroom, balcony, safe, shower, separate WC. Flat linen included.

The facilities in our house range from a cosy lounge with bar to the new wellness area and swimming pool with large sunbathing lawn and sun terrace.

There is also plenty on offer for our younger guests - lots of variety and exciting adventures will make your family holiday in Austria an unforgettable experience.

In summer we offer you:

In winter our guests have free entry to the Amadé water world for 2 hours a day and all day in summer.

The snow transforms the village of Kleinarl into a glittering winter wonderland. The clear air and idyllic atmosphere will quickly make you forget the troubles of everyday life. Benefit from the top location directly at the slopes and enter Austria's largest skiing association, the Ski amadé, right in front of our guesthouse.
Many other winter activities such as cross-country skiing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, tobogganing and much more make your winter holiday in Kleinarl an unforgettable experience.
