Our hotel is located in the Neuenheimer Feld district directly on the Neckar River in Heidelberg. The city centre and the main railway station can be reached in a few minutes by convenient local transport connections.

Spend relaxing nights in our small but fine house. Whether you are a private or business traveller - start your day from us and enjoy Heidelberg and its surroundings. Our standard rooms and our flat have shower/WC, cable TV, radio, telephone, WLAN and hairdryer. All double rooms have a balcony and a magnificent view of Heidelberg Castle and the Neckar River.

In our café you will find a perfect ambience to relax and enjoy seven days a week. Take a seat in our light-flooded winter garden or on our sunny terrace. We offer a wide range of breakfasts, which are of course included as a hotel guest, constantly changing daily specials, a selection of crisp salads and fine snacks. Fresh from our own bakery, you will receive a wide range of bread, rolls and pastries. Our pastry shop will spoil you with cakes, pastries, cream and custard tarts. For small appetites, you can get a large selection of delicate salads, snacks, sausages, cheese and much more at our fresh produce counter.

Excursion tips:
The most popular vantage point is on the Heiligenberg, opposite Heidelberg Castle. The monastery ruins of St. Michael and St. Stephan as well as the Thingstätte, a huge open-air stage from the National Socialist era, mark the summit region. From the Philosophenweg (Philosophers' Path) on the southern slope of the Heiligenberg, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city, castle, Neckar and mountains.
Heidelberg Castle can be reached on foot or comfortably by mountain railway.
When walking through Heidelberg, public squares and parks invite you to linger and university life can be felt everywhere. University buildings can be found in the old town, in Bergheim and on the campus Im Neuenheimer Feld. This is also the home of the popular excursion destination, Heidelberg Zoo. Also worth a detour is Heidelberg's newest district: the Bahnstadt - one of the largest urban development projects in Germany.
