Our hotel is located in the Neuenheimer Feld district, right on the Neckar River in Heidelberg. The city centre and the main railway station can be reached in a few minutes by local transport.

Spend relaxing nights in our small but charming hotel. Whether you are travelling for business or pleasure, start your day with us and enjoy Heidelberg and its surroundings. Our standard rooms and holiday apartment are equipped with shower/WC, cable TV, radio, telephone, WiFi and hairdryer. All double rooms have a balcony and a magnificent view of Heidelberg Castle and the Neckar River.

In our café, you will find the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy yourself seven days a week. Take a seat in our light-flooded conservatory or on our sun terrace. We offer a rich breakfast selection, which is of course included for you as a hotel guest, constantly changing daily specials, a selection of crisp salads and fine snacks. Fresh from our own bakery, you can enjoy a large selection of bread, rolls and pastries. Our patisserie will spoil you with cakes, pastries, cream cakes and pudding cakes. For a quick bite, our fresh food counter offers a large selection of delicious salads, snacks, cold meats, cheese and much more.

Excursion tips:

The most popular viewpoint is on the Heiligenberg, opposite Heidelberg Castle. The ruins of St. Michael's and St. Stephen's monasteries and the Thingstätte, a huge open-air stage from the Nazi era, mark the summit region. From the Philosophenweg (Philosopher's Path) on the southern slope of the Heiligenberg, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city, the castle, the Neckar River and the mountains.

Heidelberg Castle can be reached on foot or comfortably by mountain railway.

On a walk through Heidelberg, public squares and parks invite you to linger, and university life can be felt everywhere. University buildings can be found in the old town, in Bergheim and on the campus in Neuenheimer Feld. This is also where the popular excursion destination, Heidelberg Zoo, is located. Heidelberg's newest district, Bahnstadt, is also worth a visit – it is one of the largest urban development projects in Germany.
