In the centre of Kirchheim-Bolanden, the ‘Kleine Residenz’, in the immediate vicinity of the historic old town, you will be welcomed by Hotel Braun, which has been run by the second generation for over 30 years.

Many short holidaymakers love the hotel as a base from which to discover Worms, Speyer and Mainz - the German Wine Route in the Palatinate or Bingen on the Rhine with the Loreley and Rüdesheim are just a few of the highlights. You can use the Palatinate Card with over 100 attractions free of charge. For motorcyclists, we offer a drying room and a repair corner with workshop and a charging station for e-mobility.

Conferences and seminars find a professional setting with a view of the countryside and the delicious breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired.

In addition to 34 classic and 6 deluxe rooms, you can expect an enchanting, romantic wellness oasis and two seminar rooms that meet the highest standards of equipment and technology. Most of the rooms have a beautiful view of the countryside and are in a very quiet location. They have high-speed internet access via W-Lan, cable TV connection and a bathroom with shower/WC.

Hotel Braun also offers culinary delights with the Asian restaurant ‘Panda’, which has been established for 20 years and is a place to celebrate and eat.

Twice a year, the town hosts a folk festival with a Ferris wheel and numerous events: the May market on the 2nd Sunday in May and the October market on the 2nd Sunday in October. Both are also open Sundays.

Residenzfest, 2nd weekend in August, in addition to a cultural programme, there is above all culinary delights from the region to experience. Special trains run from Mainz main station directly to Kirchheimbolanden and back until late into the night.
