The Landgasthof Adler in Rosenberg has always been a place where locals meet to relax and enjoy life.

The inn has a long history and is an integral part of the community.

All rooms have free Wi-Fi, multi-channel TV and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, as well as a private bathroom with hairdryer, bath towels and shower.

At the Landgasthof Adler, you can enjoy your breakfast indoors, on the terrace or in the garden, depending on the weather.

Michael Vogel, chef and tenant of the Landgasthof, comes from Oberrot, around 40 kilometres from Rosenberg. As a hunter, he learned early on to treat animals and nature with respect. This still shapes his work as a chef today. After training at Landhaus Noller in Marhördt and numerous other establishments, Michael Vogel also got to know the ‘Adler’ from the ground up.

From 2015 to 2016, he worked hand in hand with Josef Bauer as chef de partie and captured the typical flair that has always characterised the country inn. Before returning to the Adler, Michael spent several years at Casa Caminada and Schloss Schauenstein, where he learned about gourmet cuisine from a different perspective under Swiss three-star chef Andreas Caminada.

Our shop at the Landgasthof Adler offers muesli and spirits from our own production.
